You can bring your watch in directly or contact us first to arrange a drop-off time. We log the piece, note its visible condition, and send you a written summary of what we find during the initial inspection before any service work starts.

We work on most Swiss and Japanese quartz movements and on automatic calibres from the mid-twentieth century onwards. Certain proprietary smartwatch modules and very recent movements requiring brand-specific tooling fall outside our scope. If we cannot service your piece properly, we say so upfront.

Four to six weeks from the date you bring the piece in. If donor parts need to be sourced, we will update you on the timeline before that stage begins. We do not rush a rebuild — amplitude needs to settle and be logged before the piece leaves the bench.

It covers collectors with six or more mechanical pieces who want proper records and a rotation plan. The arrangement runs twelve months, includes two full movement services, a photographic inventory, storage advisory, and a written custodianship file updated after each visit. You can pause or end the arrangement at any point without penalty.

We stop, write up what we found, and contact you before any additional work is done. If the movement is beyond sensible repair, we will tell you that clearly without charging for further diagnostic time.

Vintage automatic rebuilds carry twelve months of workmanship coverage on the labour. If a fault arises from our work within that period, we address it at no additional charge. Battery and quartz servicing is covered for the duration appropriate to the cell and seal type used.
